Hexagonal Wire Mesh is also known as twist net, also known as soft
side net. It is a wire mesh made of hexagonal mesh woven by metal
wire. The diameter of the wire used is different according to the
size of the hexagon.
Production process
Raw material selection (wire rod) - cold drawing / galvanizing /
plastic wrapping - machine weaving - Manual shearing (assembly) -
product inspection - packaging and transportation
Advantage

(7) Heavy twist net is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire
galvanized large wire. The tensile strength of the steel wire is
not less than 38kg / m2, and the diameter of the steel wire can
reach 2.0mm-3.2mm. The surface of the steel wire is usually
protected by hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized
protective layer can be made according to the requirements of
customers, and the maximum amount of galvanizing can reach 300g /
m2.
(8) Galvanized wire wrapped plastic twist net is wrapped with a
layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of galvanized wire,
and then woven into various specifications of twist net. This layer
of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the service life of
the net, and through the selection of different colors, it can be
integrated with the surrounding natural environment.
Application
(1) Fixing, heat preservation and heat insulation of building
walls;
(2) Heat preservation of power plant pipelines and boilers;
(3) Antifreeze, residential protection, landscaping protection;
(4) Raising chickens and ducks, isolating chicken and duck houses
to protect poultry;
(5) Protect and support seawalls, hillsides, roads, bridges and
other water and timber works.
